Desperate call for Help for Simon Peter Karanja.

Simon Peter Karanja

Many of you will remember our Brother and Minister Simon Peter Karanja
popularly known as Kijana Wa Yesu. He was the founder of Repentance
Ministry in the early 1970s and thereafter he founded other ministries.
This man in is early years was an icon of the revival that swept across
our country. He was a great source of encouragement to many of us who were
growing up in the Lord at that time. The anointing of God upon his life
changed many of us and challenged us to love the Lord even more.Around year 2000, Simon was diagnosed with diabetes. It has become really very bad and recently it brought Glaucoma which has contributed to the loosing of his sight in both eyes. He cannot drive, he cannot write or read, and he cannot even use his phone as he cannot read any phone number.
He cannot live by himself and is being housed by a good Samaritan. His
situation is critical.
Simon is in dire need of our prayers and support. His house rent, car payments among other
bills are all in arrears. His only daughter here is in school in Arizona.
I am writing to you on a compassionate basis on behalf of our
brother Simon. We need to help him where we can while he is alive. We may
not and cannot alleviate all his sufferings and needs but we can make a small difference and bring a smile in his heart in the midst of all his sufferings. Please if you feel compassionate enough to make a difference, consider supporting our brother and no gift is too small.
Also, remember Simon in your prayers and lets help him in any way we can

Greeting in the precious name of Savior Jesus Christ. Please allow me to once again remind you to continue praying for our dear brother and soldier in the army of the Lord Simon Peter Karanja popularly known as Kijana wa Yesu. I know you are aware about his deteriorating health condition and thank you for your prayers and maybe for giving him a call if you have already done it. I spoke to him this morning at his residence in California and it was encouraging to hear that a few concerned brethren have already spoken to him and encouraged him. I’m appealing on his behalf to please step in and help where you can. Simon has been a blessing to many in the Kingdom of God and once again my encouragement is based on the words of James 2:15-16 15 “If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? Simon is in dire need of the practical love support even as we encourage him with warms words and prayers. He cannot drive; he cannot even call out (as he cannot see the phone numbers) and is on daily injection because of diabetes.
Please feel free to pass this e-mail to somebody who truly cares and is concerned. Any help however small is greatly appreciated and may the Lord bless you mightily.
