I agree with your assessment of the rioting. If Obama is not eligible to be President, and if he has, in fact, forged legal documents to cover his tracks, then he is simply a common criminal. Likewise, only common criminals who would want him in office any way would resort to violence and rioting. We might as well find out now and just deal with it.

I have faith in the American people though. Whatever civil unrest occurs will be minimal. Most Americans have too much respect for the Constitution to do otherwise. I also think many, many, many Obama voters will be furious at what Obama has done. In effect, Obama stole their votes.

I’d also point out, however, that if Obama is allowed to take office without proving his natural born citizenship status, then there will be a revolution. I don’t like the thought, but I believe it with all my heart. Fortunately for us, we are still an armed citizenry who can and will defend our rights and our Constitution. If Obama has any intention of creating the same chaos and terror as Odinga created in Kenya, I think he’ll be in for quite the surprise. There are too many of us who own firearms and know how to use them.

Or maybe not. Perhaps he does know that, and that’s exactly why he’s so against the 2nd Amendment.

There are several reasons why I don’t condemn Korir or dismiss the tapes and birth docs as untrue…

1 – There was no need to claim audio tapes if there were no tapes. They could have just made up a whole transcript out of nothing if they had wanted, posted the transcript, and gotten plenty of hits to their website. No need to claim audio tapes.

2 – You cannot prove a negative. If there are no tapes, there is no way to prove it. Everyone here who states unequivocally that there are no tapes is a liar, because they don’t know that.

3 – If, in fact, the tapes contain sensitive info which could affect our national security, then it would be irresponsible for the tapes to just be released in their entirety. Korir may not have realized this at first.

4 – The CIA has been instrumental in releasing classified info on the War in Iraq, jeopardizing our troops and our mission. Many think there has been an internal war between the CIA and the Executive Branch (president). I can easily believe that renegade factions in the CIA would do whatever necessary to keep these tapes from being aired, with Korir stuck in the middle.

5 – I know from past experience how Obama’s peeps work, and it’s ugly – they don’t play nice. What Korir has described fits the Obama playbook perfectly.

6 – Notice how many Obama bullies there are here? The funny thing about bullies is that they are really cowards at heart. What would they have to be scared of? The truth. Their verbal abuse and cyber bullying tells me they are very, very scared that Korir does have the goods on Obama.

7 – The words purportedly said by Michelle: “My husband knows there is no law which will prevent him from being president.” Obama is often called a “Constitutional Scholar.” Someone who knows the Constitution and our laws inside and out. Someone who knows of the loopholes in the law. Someone who is trying to usurp the Constitution. Someone who knows that there is no law which will prevent him from being president whether he’s a natural born citizen or not. (Dems wanted an activist Supreme Court, looks they may just get it!)

8 – It’s just plain fun watching the Obamabots go crazy!!!

The plain and simple truth is that none of us KNOW if the tapes and/or the Imam’s blessing docs really exist.

For those who are discouraged because the tapes were not released on API before the election, the MSM would not have covered it regardless, so few people would have been aware of it anyway. And even if it was plastered across every newspaper and news show in the country, so many have drank the koolaid that they may have voted for Obama anyway. So this may actually be a blessing in disguise. Now it’s up to the Supreme Court, and they must follow the Constitution – not their “feelings.”

In any event, I hold no ill will towards Korir or API. I’ve had fun following the story, reading the wide variety of comments, and (of course) watching the Obamabots’ fury. It’s no sweat off my back. If Korir has been less than honest, then he must answer to a much higher authority than either you or me. And he seems to know this.

INDY500 — Yeah, you may be correct that Obama will fight b/c he’s exerting so much presidential power/authority even though he’s not POTUS yet. I don’t recall a time, in the past, when the POTUS-”elect” did so much before assuming office. It may be that he IS preparing for a fight which is why he’s DOING so much even though he’s not yet POTUS.

Question is WHY is the current US Admin permitting this? Don’t know . . .but if Obama is proven to be ineligible — not natural born and he knew it when he ran — then all this “authority” he’s assuming will simply add to the shock when Americans realize that someone who CANNOT be POTUS has been ACTING like the POTUS.

Then, there is always the possibility that BHO is acting like POTUS b/c he knows he WAS born in Hawaii and is “natural born” in which case he will be POTUS. That would also explain (and more reasonably) why EVERYONE including the current Admin and many Republicans are simply accepting him as POTUS-elect w/out question.

We’ll see what happens. To be truthful, I don’t know what’s going to happen. IF BHO does become POTUS, I believe the US will still survive. Somehow I can’t see the American people forfeiting our rights. And, we can throw-out the Dems in 2010 (2 yrs) so BHO will have less control.

Problem is that BHO IS, and intends to create, a “super-majority” of Democratic/liberal voters. He’s going to use ACORN (now renamed) to do that. . .so the nation might end-up w/ONE “super-party” — the Dems/liberals/socialists.

WISTERIA — My guess is that Korir is working w/the “elements” attempting to stop Obama. The Obama/Odinga connection (2006-??) was is very serious for Kenya. It really is. So, I trust Korir, at this time.

I also look at this site, NOW, differently: I view it as an attempt to totally CONFUSE Obama. We just happen to be “in the line of fire” but we are here by CHOICE.

Again, IF that MO Tape and especially the Imam documents exist, they are EVIDENCE. No reason to “show your hand” — evidence — at this point. Best that it be a SURPRISE to Obama and his “followers.”

I’ve also considered one other thing — REAL African AMERICANS are going to turn against OBAMA for what he’s done. Yes, there will be rioting and some violence but I believe those Obama “rioters”/hard-core proponents DON’T honor the US and our constitution anyway. Let them riot. Then we’ll know who they are — and they will include ALL races: white, black, hispanic, asian. THEY will be the socialists/marxists — hard core Liberation theology revolutionaries. Might as well KNOW who they are . . .and “round-em-up.”

At this point, I don’t know what to believe one way or another regarding the tape’s existence.

The only point that I was trying to make earlier is that it’s totally unreasonable for the Chief to continue to dangle an invisible carrot in front of the readers & ask them to go on blind faith. If he’s got the goods, he at least needs to put up some evidence to support that claim (whether it’s an innocuous snippet of the tape or something else). It’s way overdue at this point. The least he could do is get some kind of sworn statement from 2-3 witnesses that the tape exists for his readers. That in fact would be a biblical principle that would apply (the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses). He claims that 10 people have heard the tape, so why not get sworn statements from some of those people? It’s simply unreasonable & presumptuous for him to ask his readers to continue to put blind faith in him & the existence of the tape with absolutely no shred of evidence to support that claim (especially after all the broken promises). Otherwise, all of this is either going to be perceived as a huge scam or manipulative mind game in order to keep people visiting the site out of morbid curiosity.

Timing wise, I’m actually not asking him to release the tape right now. However, regardless of WHEN the tape comes out, at this point he needs to give his readers some sort of evidence to support the claim that it even exists AT ALL (other than his word only). There are ways to do that without releasing the entire tape at this point. People might be willing to “hang on” a bit longer for the release but they need to at least be assured via something other than “blind faith in the Chief” that it indeed exists. It’s simply unreasonable for him to expect his readers to go on & on like this while placing the burden of “keep believing before you see” on the shoulders of API’s readership. It’s gone on way too long & it’s disrespectful to the readers to allow it to continue. Just my 2 cents.

EASY — they know that being a nuclear power GIVES them tremendous power in the world and to blackmail the world. Radical Islamic groups (w/now millions of members) IS suicidal. Anyone who is suicidal CAN blackmail those who are not. Iran knows that nuclear weapons are their ticket to unbridled and unrestrained power in the world. And, THIS FACTION of Islam absolutely believes it MUST attain this power b/c God (“Allah”) commands it.

Radical Islam does not even attempt to hide their COMMITTMENT to converting the world, through force, to Islam. Ultimately, anyone who refuses will be murdered and/or enslaved.

So, there is NOTHING that Ahmadinijahd (Iran) wants more than POWER and the only way for them to achieve the power they seek is through nuclear weapons. No one will be able to TALK/reason them out of it, period. We simply must accept reality as it IS not as we WISH it would/could be.

The world no longer has the LUXURY of making a mistake. The US must remain on OFFENSE, period. And, Europe is actually coming around to that conclusion too. Even France (Sarkozy) dismissed Obama as inexperienced and naive. . .and dangerously so.

Nuclear weapons (Weapons of MASS destruction) have CHANGED the dynamics of the world FOREVER. We must stop the advance of new nations joining the nuclear club.

The MORE nations w/nuclear weapons, the MORE likely there will be nuclear war which IS essentially “the end” — at least it means the slaughter of multiple millions of human beings, worldwide, in an instant.

Reason: AFTER the Nov. 4 election, timing became EVERYTHING. So, IF the Chief has this “evidence” it cannot be revealed, willy nilly, on this website (or youtube) OR by the MBOs. There are 3 lawsuits re: Obama’s eligibility before the USSC right at this moment.

On Dec 5, the USSC justices will review (all 3 cases) in closed-door session. I personally think it would be stupid to release the “evidence” that Chief Korir has at THIS moment.

What I wish, and sooo regret, is that the evidence was not release PRIOR to Nov. 4. If it had been, then this constituitonal crisis could have been avoided. McCain would have won.

BUT, maybe the “powers that be” concluded that we NEED to “fix” the US Constitution. Might as well it now. . .and Obama has give us the avenue to do it.

With all due respect, you’re asking way too much from your American readers. To ask people to put blind faith in what they’re being told by someone they don’t even know & have never personally met is presumptuous. In addition, this is being asked of them over the internet (not in person) where there hasn’t been a shred of evidence to support the tape’s existence for weeks now. It isn’t unreasonable for people to ask you for proof since they don’t know you AT ALL. Relationships are developed through ongoing experiences with people & are based on trust that comes through keeping one’s word, following through on promises, etc. Trust is something that is earned & should never be ASSUMED. The Americans don’t owe you their blind faith & trust. They don’t even know you! You’re asking way too much from your readers.

Nowhere in the Bible does it tell us to place blind faith (or “believe before seeing”) in PEOPLE. Only GOD deserves that kind of trust. I can tell you that He’s the only One I put my absolute faith & trust in. His word & character are impeccable. He’s totally faithful & the only one deserving of that kind of blind faith. Trust between humans has to be EARNED.

There have been several Americans here on this site supporting you for weeks now exercising extreme patience with absolutely no proof that the tape exists. That’s amazing considering none of them have ever met you NOR do you have a relationship with any of them that’s been built up over time where their trust has been earned. To ask them to continue to believe in your word when you continue to make new deadlines, make excuses & postpone the release over & over again is outrageous. If you were God & asking people to “hold on” that would be a different story. However, that isn’t the case. God isn’t the one telling us to hold on here. Broken promises over & over again will not help you to gain the trust & respect of others.

Let’s be honest. It wouldn’t take a whole lot for you to “prove” the tape’s existence. Even something as simple as releasing a snippet of the tape would be suffice to at least calm people’s concerns & give them hope that they do exist (for real). Yet, you’ve chosen not to do so. To ask people to keep blindly hanging on & believing for weeks without a shred of evidence to back up your claim is presumptuous. In truth, your trying to apply a Biblical principle that applies to faith in & one’s relationship with God (believing before seeing) to this particular circumstance is over the top. I can promise you that if you were standing in a court of law claiming to have “the goods” but weren’t willing to produce them, your ship would sink. . . . FAST! The judge & jury would look at you like you were from Mars if you asked them to “just believe before you see” & didn’t produce the evidence. Your case would not stand.

Dangling an invisible carrot out there only serves to annoy people. If you want the trust of your readership, I highly suggest that you provide some hard evidence that the tape exists. Otherwise, it’s perfectly reasonable for people to wander off into the sunset never to return to your website assuming API is a scam. Why shouldn’t they?

Because of that, we have now elected Barack H. Obama, a man who WAS raised by communist spies (at LEAST communist sympathizers) including Ann Dunham. BHO has also had serious ties — spanning back to his college days — with anti-American, ANTI-freedom Black Liberation theologists (BOTH “christian — Jeremiah wrigtht AND muslim — Farakhan). There’s a connection between Communism and liberation theology (whether it’s racially motivated or otherwise) that goes back to the 1920s in the US

5. The FF also wrote that the V-POTUS would be the presidential candidate who had received the next highest number of votes in the Presidential election. That would be McCain.

6. BUT, Amendment xxxx (can’t recall) changed how a V-POTUS becomes V-POTUS. Now, each party’s Pres. Nominee SELECTS their running mate (the V-potus) so now we have a TICKET — i.e., Obama/Biden and McCain/Palin.

7. IF Obama is ineligible to BE POTUS, he was always ineligible. Thus, he never had the authority, in the first place, to select ANY running mate – V-POTUS.

8. So, we’ll see how the USSC figures out how to deal with this problem–screw-up/loophole — in our USC.

The other day, there was discussion re: what would happen IF Obama is removed b/c he’s ineligible to be POTUS.

Many thought Biden would become POTUS. Some suggested Hillary would somehow step in. Someone suggested Pelosi (God forbid).

My thoughts/questions:

1. What was the INTENT of the Founding Fathers when they wrote Article II of the US Constitution as it applied to the requirement that the POTUS & V-POTUS must be “natural born citizens?” That’s what I believe the USSC will need — be required — to answer. Only the USSC can properly answer this critical question.

2. We the People have discovered a loophole in the US Constitution — there’s no “mechanism” to enforce the 3 minimum requirements of the POTUS as required by Article II. The USSC clearly need to fix that little problem, or rather WHOPPER of a problem.

3. There’s no enforcement mechanism b/c, basically, we’ve never needed it before. We’ve never had a political party’s NOMINEE (and then victor in a Presidential election) would could possibly have NOT been a “natural born citizen” UNTIL now. NOW is not a great time b/c of our very serious economic woes and REAL danger in the world posed by worldwide Islamic Fascism (that IS and has taken root all over the world). Also, the fascist/communist resurgence of Russia (and her attempt to re-capture her former “Block” nations) is also a HUGE concern or at least it should be. It is VERY dangerous.

I consider the Robert Gates “book deal” amusing. ;-) Practically everyone on this blog is all freaked out. . .but I kinda like the story. In my opinion, it’s a clever and useful story.

Remember everyone: Obama’s “people” read this site. The story manages to keep THEM in a tizzy which is not a bad thing. Problem is we’re reading it too.

I’m no longer stressed over the MO tapes and Imam documents. If they’re real (and I still believe they are) then they will be exposed at the PROPER time when they can be MOST effective.
