Dear Mr. Korir,
I have been reading your posts on the Obama matter with interest and see that today you have requested that your readers provide you with guidance concerning the matter of potential repercussions from the release of the tape and the proof of his Kenyan birth, per this post:

I am a natural born citizen of the USA and would like to offer some things for your consideration:
1. The voting, taking into consideration the massive voter registration fraud, and various other schemes employed to ensure his “win” in this election still did not garner him a landslide, although
he did seemingly secure the majority of votes in key states which granted him the majority of electoral votes, so, in fact, nearly half of those who voted, voted for the McCain ticket. Even if there will be civil unrest when this news breaks, there will be many who will thank and praise almighty God this has been brought to light, and that the truth has been victorious prior to January 20. I assure
you, those in a position of authority will manage any potential civil unrest and maintain security and stability here.
2. I don’t see how there would be congressional hearings on this matter, but if that were the case, it would behoove your lawyer to negotiate the necessary security for you and those participating in
the hearings with you. This country still has a republican president, so it seems unlikely that you would not be assured of the necessary security. As you aren’t a citizen of this country, it is hard to imagine they could compel you to come here to testify, anyway, although I don’t doubt that as a simple man from Kenya, the idea that you have participated in delivering two countries from the
hands of astounding evil, is incredibly overwhelming, and lends itself to considerations of all sorts of potentialities.
3. We have a saying in New York; “talk is cheap”, and another, “fish or cut bait”, in which case, I would encourage you to stop talking about all this, and make the information, by way of your lawyer,
available to the Attorney General of the United States, the Department of Homeland Security, or contact the White House at 202.456.1414, and make them aware of the evidence you are in
possession of at this moment (the tape and blessing book). To withhold the information is, frankly, obstruction of justice.

I agree with the above information. Release the tape now. Why wait. You have had sufficient time and your lawyers should know by now what to do, if not, you need to fire (sack)them. It does not take much to release this information. I have watched and read here for the past couple of weeks and also sent information to my friends about this situation. If you release this information you will become FAMOUS and the gratitude of the American people. So if you keep hesitating then I believe this is fraud. Believe me at the moment I am on your Side Mr. Korir.

So now the new reason for us not to be able to hear the tape is because it will be released to unnamed officials of the US Government… which contrary to the fact their is a Repulbican President…. is full of liberals.

If the MO tape (and the Imam docs/blessing) are real, the appropriate Homeland Security, CIA, DOS people are already well aware of this “evidence” and have copies in their possession.
If they exist, at the proper time we will hear the tape and see the Imam documents.
I would recommend to the Chief that he relax — he will be protected — and that we all relax. None of us can push the timing of the release. Better to wait (and be stressed) than to act prematurely.

Ronald Reagan, if still alive, would go straight to the People and release the tape.
Mr. Korir, you have an even easier ability to do that… going straight to the American people by releasing it online on the internet in less than 5 minutes time.

The Chief does have to sleep and rest at times. It is 6 am in Norway. He never said he was a super human, he is just a human with alot of pressure and problems put on his shoulders right now. It is hard to say what any of us would do and when if we where in his shoes, we do not know all the events or happenings that have presented themselves to him over current issues.

Once the Nov. 4 date passed, that basically changed everything. Responses in the Berg case are due by tomorrow (there will be no responses). The USSC may dismiss it tomorrow or choose not to decide to do anything YET. They may let it sit until Dec. 5 when they will review, in private conference, the Donofrio case (and discuss the Berg case at that time too.)
That’s why I say that at this point it IS now possible to act prematurely. If the tape/Imam docs are real the USSC KNOWS about them (and may have also seen/heard them).

I have been following these updates and blogs for several weeks now. Although I have not really contributed to the replies, I have continued to check in at least twice a day in the hope that API was legitimate and sincere, and that the tape really did exist and would indeed be released. I no longer have that hope. It is obvious now that this lastest delay and now request for our input is in reality just another tactic to stall API’s inevitable final decision to not air the tape due to concern for American civil unrest. I hate to say this because I wanted so badly for the tape to be legitimate but the reality has now become too obvious to ignore. API has had countless opportunities to air the tape if it really existed. I feel that we’ve been baited over and over again. I hate to say that I now believe this has been just a game that is about to wrap up. I hope you had fun and a good laugh at our expense, Chief Korir.

Anyone else would see this as the scoop of the decade and release instantly. You don’t really need to strategise and involve counsel and all this hoopla. 10 hour meetings with counsel over and over?
I’m very curious about your claim that the Obama campaign manager offered you $3 million to block the release of the tapes…it seems they were successful without having to pay a penny. Unless of course you took them up on their offer. Was this offer made by telephone or by email? I would have thought that as you are about to release the tapes that you could also release the offer of $3 million as well – either as a tape or as an email with full headers.
Please Korir – just do it. Do it now. Don’t hesitate.

Apirocks, Mbousa was a guy who said he was mediating between Muslims angry about the document being taken from the mosque and the imam who did it. He acted like he was Muslim but called God’s prophet “Allah” rather than Mohammad.

The reason the API Logo is not appearing at the top of your webpage is because your html code for the page is not correct. You have the source for the image file as the C drive on the computer of whoever created the page. The IMG tage says the image source is C : /Documents %20and%20Settings /Admin/Mine%20dokumenter/Mine%20bilder/API/API%20Logo.jpg That is not correct.
You need to do 3 things….
1.) Make sure the image is uploaded to your website.
2.) Change the name of the logo image file so that there is no space in the name.
3.) change the html image tag to the correct location on your website where the image file is located.

Ching #22 — War is hell. Lots of bad stuff occurs during war. There’s a lot you can’t control.
This is also one of the reasons I want a long term base(s) in Iraq. We HAVE won the war in Iraq but we can lose it real fast if we just pull-out.
Look at history: S. Korea, W. Germany, Japan — everywhere that the US has bases, those former cruel/warring nations transform into democracies where people live well, peaceful and essentially happy & properous lives. We need to maintain, and encourage, democracy and freedom in the Middle East. SOMEONE must combat this growing Islamic Fascist movement. That someone is the USA.
There’s a big global picture here. If the US doesn’t make the world SAFE for Democracy and freedom, NO ONE will . . .and it will all collapse.

Some things can’t be avoided in war but you would think that corruption on that massive of a level could have been. Do you even know what I’m talking about? The millions that have gone missing? The paying off of the enemy during the “surge”?

Ching — it was the US’s presence in those post-war nations that significantly helped to transform them into democracies. How could you not know that? Transformation takes TIME — often generations.
To me the fact millions of dollars are missing is small potatoes in exchange for transforming a society and deposing a truly evil and cruel tyrant, Saddam. Iraq has always been fairly secular, certainly far more so than Iran.
I think you’re looking at the Iraq War through MICRO vision instead of MACRO vision.
If we’d done the same thing during WWII and WWI then we’d all be speaking German or japanese today . . .and that’s NO lie. We came REAL close to losing WWIIl. If Hitler hadn’t stupidly invaded the USSR during the late fall/winter, the Allies might very well have LOST WWII.

You really lose all credibility comparing what happened post-WWII and the situation in Iraq. For one, money that was spent in Japan was spent efficiently and directed towards actually rebuilding society. This hasn’t happened in Iraq due to massive corruption all around. Besides, what was built in Germany and Japan were largely Social Democracies with fairly massive social support systems.
Removal of an evil dictator…OK, I see where you are coming from…I’ll go back to letting you troll about…

The War in Iraq was necessary – and legitimate for a quite a few reasons — because it was NEVER possible to fight a STRONG al queda in 2002 on the border with or on the soil of NUCLEAR Pakistan.
In hindsight, it’s real easy to see that al Queda FORFEITED Afghansitan. We essentially defeated al Queda and the taliban TOO FAST in 2002 — a month it was over. In the 1980s, the Soviets fought Al Queda & the Taliban for TEN years and the Soviets LOST that war.
Al Queda & the Taliban leaders FLED to Pakistan and have been hiding out there for the past 7 years. Only thing we could have done in 2002+ was INVADE PAKISTAN.
Couldn’t do that — Pakistan is a nuclear power AND at that time, 2002, their nuclear arsenal was not secure with advanced computerized systems which, incidently, we have built and created for them.
If we had invaded Pakistan in 2002, a still STRONG al Queda most likely could have rallied the Muslim Pakistanis against US, not al queda. Al queda MAY have then been able to cause a coup and get control of Pakistan’s nukes.
Couldn’t RISK that. We can’t risk Iran aquiring nuclear weapons either. Once Iran is a nuclear power, it’s OVER. There will be nuclear war; it becomes just a matter of time.
We Americans need to start taking the dangers we face, in radical Islamic fascism AND now a resurging “communist/fascist” Russia VERY seriously. It is very serious.

Perhaps you’re seeing things through finite prisms.
Long term, hopefully we will get some of our financial investment back from Iraq. After WWII, the US spent a LOT of money rebuilding Europe too — and we eventually waived the debts they owed us BUT we got a LOT more from our initial investment in PEACE and freedom and prosperity and trade.

1. Iraq — there were many legitimate reasons for deposing Saddam. He violated 17 UN resolutions and the terms of his surrender after the 1991 War. There were many more reasons. You probably just don’t remember. I won’t list them all.
2. The Russian economy is taking a NOSEDIVE much worse than we are at the moment. Putin is KGB; he’s still a communist at heart. . .and he’s clearly begun to re-install the old communist system at least as it applies to CONTROL of the people, denial of free speech. It’s turning into fascism with a capitalistic twist similar to China.

The investigation of alleged money laundering by the narco in dollars that later arrived in Swiss banks was made through Citibank, the powerful consortium that made the deal to buy Banamex, a bank that Carlos Salinas delivered preferentially to Roberto Hernández. With the Swiss investigation taking shape, the $12.5 billion dollar deal could be contaminated, and still more when there are suspicions that Citibank has consciously made deals to “triangulate” money from narco-trafficking.
In a text published last March in Insight magazine, and reproduced in the weekly La Crisis, the analyst and financial consultant Christopher Whalen reviewed the scheme of moving money to wipe away its irregular origins. It is suspected that Raul Salinas sold protection to the capo Juan Garica Abrego, who was delivered by Zedillo to the United States without going through normal extradition process, and this money passed through the Banca Cremi bank and from here went to Switzerland through Citibank.
In spite of the indifference by the US government over the operations of Citibank linked to drug trafficking, the Democratic minority in the US Senate conducted an investigation titled “Private Banking and Money Laundering: A Study of Opportunities and Vulnerabilities.” The November 1999 report, cited by Whalen, “details how Raul Salinas supposedly utilized the banking system of the United States to launder millions of dollars.” In fact, Citibank violated internal regulations, never verified the origin of Raul Salinas’ deals nor the source of his wealth. Until now, Raul has preferred to allege corruption in the federal budget, not the laundering of narco-dollars.
The matter of money laundering has started a fight between two investigation and espionage agencies: the CIA and the DEA. One fo the banks used by the CIA for secret transactions, the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI), appears in some of the operations of Raul Salinas. And as part of his investigations of the espionage agency, the Kennedy assassination and the Watergate case, the author Norman Mailer concluded in 1985 that “half the Swiss banks are currently controlled by agents, sectors, wings, arms, committees, counsels, operators and officials of the CIA.” One source in the DEA confirmed to Whalen that the Justice Department did have an open investigation against Citibank for the alleged money laundering of Raul Salinas but that it was blocked.
2. When he was at the peak of power, Raul Salinas reveled in his relations with the powerful. Whalen stated the complicities of the Salinas brothers with the Bush family and the personal relation of Carlos Salinas with expresident Bush. “Raul Salinas has said to investigators (of his case in Switzerland) that Jeb and Columba Bush – Governor of Florida and younger brother of the current U.S. president George W. – that he had accompanied them three times to vacations in his hacienda in Las Mendocinas. This was the same property where the scandalous 1990 party by narco-traffickers, among them Garcia Abrego.

José Francisco Ruiz Massieu (Acapulco, Guerrero, July 22, 1946 – Mexico City, September 28, 1994) was a Mexican political figure. He was governor of Guerrero from 1987 to 1993. He then served as the secretary-general of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) in 1994. His term ended with his assassination.
José Francisco Ruiz Massieu was the brother-in-law of Carlos Salinas and was due to become the PRI majority leader in the Chamber of Deputies. All that changed on September 28, 1994 when he was murdered by a gunman in front of a party building one block from swank Paseo de la Reforma avenue in downtown Mexico City.
Within two weeks, PRI Deputy Manuel Muñoz Rocha was linked to the assassination. Two weeks later, the assistant attorney general investigating the case, Mario Ruiz Massieu, the brother of the assassinated politician, resigned. He asserted that he had proof that high officials in the PRI were blocking his investigation. On February 28, 1995, Raúl Salinas, the brother of former President Carlos Salinas, was arrested as the mastermind of the Ruiz Massieu assassination. Three days later Mario Ruiz Massieu was arrested in Newark, NJ, USA, boarding a plane to Madrid while carrying USD $46,000 in unreported cash. The government charged him with impeding the investigation into his brother’s murder. The government also found seventeen million dollars in U.S. bank accounts linked to Mario Ruiz Massieu. These facts suggested the involvement of drug traffickers in the Ruiz Massieu conspiracy.

“that’s your problem!” May be mbousa saying something like.. okay, Sammy you are leaving, so what… that is your choice.
That’s as best I can figure out. I remember hearing people say that year’s ago to people.. when people choose to do something.. “That’s your problem” just meaning basically, so what, that is your choice.

The “giant sucking sound” was United States Presidential candidate Ross Perot’s colorful phrase for what he believed would be the negative effects of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which he opposed. The state of Georgia in the US has a latin motto on lady justice that pretty much says it all. it goes something like this ‘Let the truth be told although the heavens fall’ basic of motto is truth is the only way to truly be free. So if you have the tape CEK set the truth free even if it means ths shaking of the heavens and earth. But if for some reason you do not have the tape it is time to go quietly into the night and never surface again.

Here I am…an Obama supporter, not an Obot or any other term you wish to use, but a person who analyzed differently than you did. No need to argue it…there are many arguments we could have, but one we will NOT have is about this tape. IF IT EXISTS (which I don’t believe), I would also like to know. IF THERE IS AN IMAM WITH PROOF OF A KENYAN BIRTH (which I also don’t believe), I would like to know. Contrary to your opinions of every Obama supporter, some of us do wish to follow the Constitution. (And no…I will not get into an argument with you about the definition of natural born…though I have spent more time than I hoped looking at it from all angles.)
I am sick to death of hearing about MILLIONS of people interfering with freedom of speech. Is this not freedom of speech? Do I know read anti-Obama sites on a regular basis? If a site is shut down, pro and anti, it is because of some violation, like TOS (terms of service). It’s happened on both sides of the divide. My pro-Obama site was also stopped for a violation, but once cleaned up it was back and running.
I don’t want to be in the dark. I want to hear and see it all and come to my own conclusions. So far…my conclusion is that this is all a drama to suck in anti-Obama people for any of a number of reasons…but I have not seen or heard one iota of proof of any of the claims of the owner of this site.

I feel quite stupid at the moment. I saw this site and joined the thousands who were waiting for the tapes to be released and quietly set waiting. When the tapes never came, I realized how stupid I had really been. Why would Michelle Obama even talk to a BLOGGER? I hate to inform you guys, but blogs are not major media sources. Want a major media source? Look at newspapers, news channels, and other real life mediums. The internet is not a place of absolute honesty. I bet I could find websites claiming Germany won WWII if I really wanted to. My point is that this site is, in fact, a mere blog and we need to see it as such. I mean it’s not even among the best coded/laid outs sites of the internet. I still hope the tapes might be real, but the recent posts are beginning to prove otherwise. If there were a case in Congress against Obama, the world would know by now. If the tape was real and needed to be used against Obama in a legal matter, the U.S. would work to guarantee the safety of all members of this site. Considering we have youtube now, that tape should be everywhere. I hate to say it, but we all probably got caught up in a well planned action to gain recognition on the internet.
I truly hope I’m wrong and will be the first to admit it if I am proven wrong, but I’m afraid we will have to go on the word of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother whose tape has been released.
