API has now found a new permanent home. ALL API activities are expected to be carried out on the new site by the begining of the new year. API will operate the two sites for now and until the end of the year so as to avoid any activity disruption.
API is very thankful to WordPress who advised us today on elaborate ways to move our http://africanpress.wordpress.com to www.africanpress.in without loosing any of our articles and all the comments that posters have on the site. It means we will simply change the address but remain using some of WordPress’ templates.’
We will be independent and can do things our own way without having enemies report us to anyone.
WordPress has been good to us as they are good to other WordPress users and we appreciate their guidance.
Before we accomplish our plans to move the site, we will continue on this site as usual, but our readers will be allowwed limited hours daily to post their comments.
The question of the time to release the tape must be left to the MBOs to decide and we know, according to the contract that they will not let the American people down. They know when the impact will be great because one of the MBOs is American and knows the American audience well.
We realise through the advice given by many readers yesterday that the large number of people who send in emails are against the release of the tape. They make us believe that we will be opening wounds that has started to heal.
API has spoken to the MBOs today and came to an agreement to proceed despite the fact that there are more against the release than those for its release.
The MBOs have agreed to reschedule the airing date and will get back to us as soon as possible. Immediately we receive ffeedback from them, we will publish the schedules on the site here and the new site.
API will now stop discussing the tape and Imam document until we get feedback from the MBOs.
API is also scheduling interviews with interested TV and Radio stations that have already taken contact with the MBOs. For the safety of API all interviews will be done through a telephone conference calls.
Any requests therefore by readers to have API comment on the tape and the Imam document will be met with silence.

You may have received a lot of responses from a “large number of people who sent in emails that are against the release of the tape” HOWEVER that doesn’t mean anything because more than likely it was a few people doing a lot of emailing. MOST of America has no clue that this MO tape even exists otherwise you’d be bombarded with emails from millions of upset & concerned Americans who just want the truth about Obama. GUARANTEED! The majority of Americans would want to hear the tape if THEY ONLY KNEW IT EXISTED! You’re only hearing from a very tiny number of people in the USA.

Of course the enemies of truth (OBOTS) are going to be the ones that bombard you with email because they’re desperate to suppress the truth! That only makes sense. They’ve been here spying for weeks! However, the few OBOTS that are here in NO WAY reflect what the American public thinks & feels in general. There are literally millions who are extremely concerned about Obama’s ineligibility & only want the truth. If they knew about you & the tape, they’d write to you in a heartbeat. However, they don’t. Currently, the Congress (& others in our Government) are being flooded with thousands of emails & letters from concerned Americans. Thousands of people are rallying, signing petitions & blogging trying to get someone to do something about this dire situation (in addition to the lawsuits that have been filed).
Here’s the game. . . . .
The OBOTS write people (& organizations like API) over and over again in an effort to stop the truth from being told. They do not speak for the majority of Americans who are concerned about Obama’s eligibility problem, want the Constitution upheld & just want the truth to be told. These paid OBOTS only try to intimidate others & make every attempt to keep the truth under wraps. Evil is always the enemy of truth. When you suppress the truth, you are siding with evil. Simple as that. Justice needs truth to prevail.
The people who wrote you are most likely only a handful of Obama fanatics trying to stop the truth from being told. There are 300,000,000 plus Americans. . . . you’ve only heard from a tiny minority. Please keep that in mind. More than likely, a few paid Obots are writing to you (over & over) under fictitious names & various email addresses. That’s what they do best. . . . harass, intimidate, manipulate & work overtime in an effort to suppress the truth about Obama.
This is the kicker. . . . . . .

Yes, well said. And they apparently are willing to take advantage of Mr. Korir’s unfamiliarity with America by saying that he could be forced to testify or could be tortured. Maybe by another country, but that’s not how America operates. Only an America hater would imply such a thing of America.
Now if they were saying Obama’s thugs might threaten, that would be valid – and would clearly show why he must never become president. Obama’s folks will never admit that Obama is the one who would really do the things that he accuses AMERICA of doing. So they suggest that America would do what in reality only they would do.

Well said by you. It is just that I am still very occupied right now. I do not wish to leave the readers. I have no problem meeting at blogradio which we created so that people can have a place to chat when this site is on moderation. I fear no questions but the agreement now is that MBOs and API would like like discussing the tape all the time as if there are no other political issues to discus.

Cloud, I hope it won’t be long before the MBO’s get back to him and he can talk to us again. I’m wondering if the MBO’s suggested that they take a poll of “for” and “against” e-mails, or if Mr. Korir was worried about it and called for a delay.
I do agree that posting the documentation – especially if it is scanned in – would be helpful. But time is of the essence here for the tape to be able to do what it needs to do: prepare the American public to see Obama as the deceiver he is, BEFORE the courts disqualify him.
If the courts rule against Obama before he public knows why the courts have even been called to judge – it will all just go on emotions and the sparks will fly. If we can hear for ourselves and know it’s not just some judge cooking the books for McCain, the process will be trusted as it matches what we hear with our own ears and see with our own eyes.
Mr. Korir listened to the e-mailers because he doesn’t want violence. None of us do. I truly think the best way to prepare the American people so they can really understand and not give in to emotional agitation in America which is similar to what Odinga did in Kenya… is to give them information in time for them to use their minds rather than a volatile emotional reaction.

I hope the MBO also knows about these judicial rulings that are coming down the pipe. If they’re thinking that keeping this tape quiet will make the issues go away, they don’t understand what lies in front of America. If they truly care about peace and the time it takes for peopl to process tough information, they will know that time is of the essence. If one steps back and looks at the whole picture of what’s transpiring on several fronts concerning Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, it’s all about proper timing now.
In my opinion, the MO tape is significant b/c it deals with 2 issues: (1) Obama’s involvement in Kenya which is the more serious matter; and (2) Michelle’s genuine feelings about America and white Americans specifically.
RE: the Iman’s “baptismal” (whatever they call it in Islam) records for Obama in Kenya is a document that should be reserved for evidence in the court cases. Other than simply acknowledging it’s existence, I don’t believe that document should be posted on this site until after all lawsuits have been resolved.
Chief, ultimately you’ll be in much more danger IF Obama becomes POTUS than if he does not. May God continue to give you courage and wisdom to see this matter through.

That is very important, for sure. I hope she factors in time for people to adjust to the new information also. People don’t handle surprises so well sometimes, and especially when they already don’t trust the judicial system. If the judges ask us to believe something just because they say so, it will be bad. If we can hear and see for ourselves before that it will help us understand their decision and not want to fight it.

Obama’s first book was all about finding his African heritage. Jeremiah Wright’s “church” is all about being loyal to the “mother land”. Wright’s friend was hired by the Chicago Annanberg Challenge to teach black students to NOT call themselves “Americans”. In fact, Wright spent 20 years teaching all the Obamas – kids included – that they are NOT Americans.
Our Founding Fathers were wise. We need to recognize that, and this tape will help America do that, I believe.

Yes Nelliebelle, It would be nice to adjust to the new information but later is better then never. We all need to get in touch with our States Electoral College and provide them with what we believe. The more people the better Mr. Korir posted a great link to a letter addressed to Obama which could be adjusted to fit letters from voters to Electoral College. Then when the tapes and Imam document comes out it won’t be as surprising.

I just got off the phone with a lady who asked if she could e-mail people the letter to the editor that I wrote about the Donofrio case. She agrees that it could be a bad situation if Obama (or McCain, for that matter) is disqualified before anybody even knows there’s a reason for the court case. I told her she not only had my permission to copy the letter and forward it, but that it would be GREAT if she could do so. This isn’t something that should sneak up on America unawares. We need to be informed so we can understand.

On the contrary, the only desperation I’ve seen is from those who believe that having this supposed tape out there will somehow get the election magically overturned.

Please take the reasoned posts above as being from believers of the truth that you hold. Yes, the date of the electoral college voting on December 15, is the most important. However, if the information is not produced well ahead of that date, Its important contents will not be able to spread across our land the the ears and minds of the people.
It will be a tough job as it is to get our own media to begin to recognize this information as truly being valuable for us. They are the guard at the door who have prevented any true investigative journalism to be done on this Man.

Moanique, the tape couldn’t get anything overturned. But the SCOTUS has to decide if the NJ Secretary of State should be required to follow her own law and verify the eligibility of every candidate whose name is placed on the NJ ballot. Do you think that law should be followed?
If that law is to be followed, Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be president has to be verified. The precedent is that a person is only “natural born” if they have never owed allegiance to another country. Obama was a dual citizen of Britain and the US at birth because of his Kenyan father and American mother. He is not natural born.
The SCOTUS either gives up on the rule of law or rules tha Obama is ineligible. That will happen on Dec. 5th. It’s already scheduled. There’s no turning back.
What the tape can do is show that the Obamas have been less than forthright with America. (I’d say a $650 million hoax is a little less than forthright!) When America realizes that, they may be more able to accept why our Constitution requires our president to be “natural born” – and all that means.
The tape’s release at this point may help to uphold the Constitution without violence if the “natural born” issue comes as a bolt out of the blue. The imam document also.

Look, I don’t understand all the twists and turns Korir is making on this story. I offered several weeks ago to personally convert copies of the tape in whatever format was sent to me, put it in a video, and upload it to YouTube as well as post it on my blog and every mainstream conservative blog I could find. I left that as a comnment and in an email to Korir.

And where’s the proof? Even a smidgen?
And as for ‘The One’, like Obama promising change and everyone clinging to that, Korir is promising a stunning story of an audiotape and everyone is clinging to that despite no evidence to back it up what.so.ever.
I don’t understand what’s so hard about this. Korir has a computer and he could upload a YouTube video and if he’s incapable, there are loads of supporters (believers) and non-supporters here who, despite being frustrated with this scheme, woudl be more than willing to help get this tape online if there were such a thing.

Look, I don’t understand all the twists and turns Korir is making on this story. I offered several weeks ago to personally convert copies of the tape in whatever format was sent to me, put it in a video, and upload it to YouTube as well as post it on my blog and every mainstream conservative blog I could find. I believe you have missed some very crucial facts early on as to why the tapes are being handled the way they are. There is no sense in continuing to write this stuff to API as there are contracts/agreements in place. He said he will not discuss the tape or Imam anymore, so it seems you have the last word. I hope that gives you some sort of satisfaction.

I don’t know whether anyone explained what our saying “the silent majority” means. To me it means the millions of people who are good solid citizens who love our nation but do not say anything. They are ordinarily the ones that hear only what the liberals want them to hear, but are discerning enough to read between the lines and so do not believe everything they hear or read. They are “salt of the earth” people.

I have a question…. In common ordinary newspapers all over the world, ads are placed in them to pay for the production and overhead costs as the paper is not provided with funding from outside sources that could control and deny the right of free press. Would you not grant that to API so that the reporters could be paid and advancements may be provided to enable a better news agency? I fail to see anything ominous about ads in news sources. Even TV has commercials (news broadcast too)- that’s how people get paid and the business keeps running.

On Dec 5th, the nine justices of the Supreme Court will confer privately on the case of Donofrio v Wells, in which Leo Donofrio (Du-noff’-ree-oh) sued to stop the national election until the eligibility of the presidential candidates was determined as required by New Jersey law.
Donofrio claims that the socialist candidate (born in Nicaragua), John McCain (born in Panama while his father served in the US military), and Barack Obama (born a dual citizen of the US and Britain due to his Kenyan father and American mother) are all ineligible to be president because they are not “natural born” citizens. If four justices agree to accept the case, the entire SCOTUS will hear all the arguments and testimony and decide the case.
The framers of the Constitution were born in America. They fought the Revolutionary War to create this country. But they recognized that they were not “natural born citizens” because of their British citizenship at birth. So they added to the Constitution’s 2nd Article an exception to also allow a mere “citizen of the US at the time of the adoption of this Constitution” to be eligible to be President. George Washington was not a natural-born citizen but was eligible because of that exception.
So what IS a “natural born citizen”? Constitutional precedent for the definition of that term was set in US v Rhodes. One is “natural born” if they have never owed allegiance to a country other than the US.
Being born in – or having ever been a citizen of – another country disqualifies a person from presidential eligibility, with one exception: children born in a foreign country while their parent served as US ambassador there are still “natural born”.
If military families are considered ambassadors of the US while they serve abroad, then McCain would qualify as “natural born”. The other two candidates would not.
This issue is as serious and real as a heart attack, and not only the SCOTUS justices know it. Two officials have been officially accused of misconduct for falsifying the court records in order to keep this case from reaching the Supreme Court – SCOTUS stay clerk Danny Bickel and Appeals Judge Sabatino. But the SCOTUS has promised to consider the case before the vote of the Electoral College on Dec. 15th – the first day on which America can have a president-elect from this election.
The media hasn’t reported this case – as they have failed to report much in the last year. Nobody knows how the SCOTUS will handle the case, but it is on the same expedited track and uses as its precedent Bush v Gore 2000 since it is based on NJ election law. If one, two, or all three mentioned candidates are removed from the ballot of the Electoral College we will have a major problem – a problem that many, many lawsuits before Nov 4th tried to prevent but were rejected because ordinary citizens don’t have “standing” to protect the US Constitution. Only a few states have given their secretary of state the task of verifying presidential eligibility and no secretary of state (including Nebraska’s) has actually done it.
This is an issue that the American public deserves to know about. If America only learns about this issue on Dec 5th it could be an explosive situation. By failing to report this, the media is once again playing with fire that could end up burning America very, very badly.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t like the feeling that America’s news media are willing to play “Chicken” with my nation and its Constitution. They did it before the vote and they’re still doing it now. They may come to deeply regret it.

Perhaps they’d rather spam his email where the posts don’t go into moderation. Most all of the negative posts I’ve seen here in the past were pretty vile and probably wouldn’t make it past moderation (blocked words, curse words, etc.).

It’s also violatile b/c of Michelle’s “alleged” racist speech and the Obama’s dealings with Kenya (don’t know the content but the very reality of involving themselves in Kenyan politics is a problem).
At this point (POST-Nov. 4) timing is everything. As difficult as it IS to be patient and wait (blindly as most of us are doing) we have no choice and WE should NOT be the “decision-makers” re: when release occurs.
If that MO tape exists (and I believe it does) then Chief Korir is most likely working with US authorities.
Re: the Iman’s documents — those won’t be released on this site until all all legal cases have been resolved.
Just remember that “patience is a virtue” and there’s a good reason it’s a virtue — it’s TOUGH to be patient.

There are contracts and agreements. Says who, Korir?
Have YOU seen a scanned contract or written agreement?
Have YOU had any personal verification of it’s authenticity from a reputable second source?
Has ANYBODY ELSE HERE (besides Korir) at least seen anyone, who they’ve spoken to, who will go on record verifying at least the existence of “a” document?
If not, then keep an eye on my site because soon I’ll be breaking a story about a video of President Bush personally interrogating and torturing detainees at Guantanamo Bay. This tape came to me by courier from a former Camp X-Ray employee who was a contractor with an unnamed contractor unit. He feels what was done is a travesty against human rights and feels this story needs to be heard by the American people and the world at large.
Due to the obviously explosive nature of such a tape, I cannot release the name of the former contractor, the company he worked for, or any details of the tape itself aside from the fact that it exists.
You’ll just have to trust me that it exists, however, because I’m currently in negotiations with PBS to air the video in three parts over the Christmas holiday but for now, I have to lay low because once I post that I have this video in my possession, I’m going to have to go into hiding too (obviously) because if that video ever got out, you could imagine both the descent of massive crowds on D.C. as well as the threat to my life such a tape would create.
It’s dangerous stuff, working with tapes. But, as they say, the truth will set you free.

We all know it could be a hoax. But sometimes fiction is stranger than truth, and we can’t know which times are which.
What I do know is that Jerome Corsi was detained in Kenya without explanation.
I know that Obama is spending millions to not have to show his valut birth certificate.
And I know that Mr. Korir gave the name of a Fox lawyer – who was later found to have contributed to Obama.
Those are facts that I can’t imagine away. Many times I’ve felt like a fool and wanted to be done with the whole thing. But those facts kept staring me in the face. I try not to live by emotion. For now, those facts suggest there’s more to this story than meets the eye. So I wait.

If the tapes and the birth document exist AND if either of them are in the hands of the Major Broadcast Organizations (MBO’s) then they will never see the light of day…. and our eyes will never see them on TV or in any newspaper on online… oh.. and our ears will never hear the tape.
We have gone round and round on this since October 15th. From MBO’s going to release it to Korir going to release it back to the MBOs back to API to release it several times and now back to the MBO’s. I am getting dizzy. No, not actually dizzy.
I don’t know that the tape exists. I believe the conversation took place. Maybe the recorder was not turned on. But if the tape exists, with all the twists and turns the STORY has taken I do not believe we will ever hear it.

I have been an avid supporter of mr Korir for over a month. I have been strong in my patience even when doubt crept in. I honestly regret breaking down and giving in to mistrust. Those facts suggest to me that Obama has something to hide in Kenya, and both he and Odinga know it. Mr. Korir has contacts in Kenya and could get the information about Obama. The alleged phone call from Michelle Obama came at the urging of Odinga – the man who would know that Mr. Korir could get the information – right after API published the TexasDarlin’ post about Obama’s ineligibility. It would make no sense for Mr. Korir to makethis story up, but it all fits the data I have.

Next day Donaldson gets a phone call from President Reagan. Reagan tells Donaldson that he was mistaken… I checked the label of the suit… I bought it 5 years ago… not 4 years.
Donaldson criticizes Reagan by saying.. With all the important probems in the world.. You would think that the President would be calling me to tell me something important… but instead he calls to say that the suit was 5 years old and not 4 years.
Well… I am sorry… That is the exactly what I would have done had I mispoken.. Called and made the correction.. Just as President Reagan did. It showed to me how honest of a man Ronald Reagan was.
Just the same as if I go to the store and the cashier gives me a nickel or dime too much change back from my purchase.. and I notice it when I get out to the parking lot. I return it.
Principle.. Honesty… Integrity..

Oh, man, ronreagan, I must be too high…I forgot the rest of the story: St. Ronnie sells the missiles to Iran, THEN he takes that money and finances the Contras in Nicaragua. Death squads and all that. All the while doing that was against the law here in the United States. Yep. Congress made a law specifically to halt any US funding of Contras in Nicaragua.

The Obots will try literally ANYTHING to try and silence people, so even though the Ron Regan avatar and name stuff seems so silly, (and we all KNOW it is meant in reverence to him), the obots will act as if API condoned some type of terrible thing against Regan. It is silly, but true.
Mr. K- The news site is looking awesome! It looks like it is almost complete! How exciting that must be to finally be almost done. I know you are going to collapse from exhaustion once everything is released and you don’t have to deal with this issue anymore about when things are going to happen! 2. Iran Contra was about selling arms to Iran in exchange for American LIVES — to save the lives of our American citizens. Somehow, it seems rather grotesque to accuse North and the others involved of Treason.
3. Conversely, during the 1990s, 3 members of the UN Security Council were illegally selling ARMS to SADDAM HUSSEIN in exchange for OIL, in violation of Saddam’s surrender agreement after the 1st Iraq War. This is also one reason Bush 43 couldn’t trust the judgment of China, Germany & France in the lead-up to the 2nd Iraq War which finally removed Saddam from power. Bush couldn’t trust those UN Sec members b/c THEY were “in-bed” with Saddam, at least at that time. Both Germany & France now have new leaders — CONSERVATIVE ones.

First, name a major media outlet where they openly place religious values as merits for newsworthiness? (I’m a born again Christian and I don’t want the truth to be filtered for ANY reason)
Second, name a major media outlet in the US that subscribes to Muslim teachings (none yet,anyway)
Third, the fact that Korir is praising this joker (adding credibility to his claim) is just one more bit of evidence that we are being played. This Mbousa character is just a new cast member.
And seeing Cloud and Hope (and others) swoon over him like Brad Pitt is telling of their lack of judgment and discretion.
I have come full circle on this soap opera. I started out as a doubter – but wanted to believe. I allowed Korir to suck me and gave him my confidence. He abused my trust and my resources and also abused many others who placed their trust in him. Now I’m just going to enjoy watching the rest of you continue to be psychologically drained by this scheme against God-fearing, truth-seeking Americans.
Each and every one of you know – deep down – that it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get a tape out. How does Osama Bin Laden manage to get his tapes aired to the world? Think about it.

Mbousa sounds like a fraud to me. Where did he come from? All of a sudden he is on here commenting and playing with our comments. I personally do not believe him. I have lived in the Middle East and this man or person sounds a fraud. Anyone, such as Mr Korir, can vouch for him!
