USA: Visa fee cancelled for Kenyans visiting the US

Posted by africanpress on December 8, 2006

George W. BushPresident George Walker Bush.

The US government of President Bush has now cancelled visa fee for Kenya citizens visiting the US.

This must be good news for many Kenyans visiting the US. Kenyans were paying $20 for to get a visa.

This now means Kenyans will get visas free if they can qualify to travel to the US.

There are many Kenyan students studyin in the US. Their relatives who visit them during their study period are happy about the move the US government as taken.

The good working relationship between Kenya and the US may have caused the US government to cancel the fee.
